How can I become a member of the b club?
You can purchase a one-year membership online or in-person at Balance Hair Spa. When you register in the salon, you will receive your b club card immediately. When purchasing online, please allow 2-4 business days to receive your b club card by mail.
How do I receive discounts?
Simply present your b club card to our Salon Coordinator during checkout. You will save 10% on all of your salon and spa services and 10% on any retail product purchases (does not include gift card purchases).
How can I earn points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 dollar you spend on salon and spa services, retail products and gift cards at Balance Hair Spa, excluding taxes and gratuity. (Points for gift cards are awarded at the time of purchase, not at the time of redemption).
How can I find out how many rewards points I have?
Your rewards point balance will be printed at the bottom of your receipt at each appointment checkout. Or check your balance online (will open a new browser window) by entering your entire b club card number found on back of your card and clicking “Reward Balance”.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
Redeeming your points couldn't be easier! Just choose your reward(s) at anytime during the year. When scheduling your appointment, please let us know that you are redeeming your rewards points and present your b club card during checkout. For 2009 b club members, please redeem all rewards points by January 30, 2010, as they will expire after that date.
When does my membership expire?
Membership is purchased annually. Please redeem all rewards points by the date listed below as they will expire after that date.

What do I do if I lose my card?
If you lose your card, just notify our Salon Coordinator during your next visit or you can or call us at (610) 458-2414. We will issue you a new card and transfer your points from your previous account to your new one.
What happens if I forget my card?
Don't worry. If you forget your card the day of your visit, just let the Salon Coordinator know. We can look up your card number and make sure you get credit for your services or retail purchase.
What are the b club program rules?
Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable. Points may not be redeemed for cash. The membership card, program discounts and rewards may only be used by the b club member whose name is linked to the individual membership account. Retroactive rewards points can not be issued.
